Domain name value aside which is normally not counted in buyouts you want to look at your gross profits then add a yearly or monthly multiplier to it. Before you dive into that, the real question is if your business is growing, flat, or reducing in earnings. if its growing, you could take monthly gross profits x 30 (months, that's the average I have seen in online sales), or yearly gross profits x 10 (years, offline VC sales). If its on the other profits are flat you could try for x5 yearly, but if its losing, you would be lucky if you get over 1 yearly. This all said, I have seen people buy complete junker sites on flippa that had no earnings, but they wanted the software and or domain and felt they could make something of the business.
How much it is worth depends on a lot of factors. Most importantly is probably how much revenue and profit it is bringing, the amount of traffic, and search engine rankings.
The .org in the domain name certainly hurts. Build it up and then sell it. I'm not sure you could sell it at this point for more than a $100. But like I said before with a little work this site could be much more profitable. Good luck.
