if someone buy something and recieve his package ; then can he request a refund to get his money within 24hours back but this isn't fair
if i sell my product via trusted third party getways (like plimus.com) , then can buyer dispute there too ?
So what happens if someone subscribes to a service I offer on a monthly basis and then after 21 days let's say they want their money back? They used the services for these 21 days, how can they get their money back now? Is there a way to stop this from happening and how? These are services I'm talking about, not physical products.
Oh, I think I chose that. What does that help me with? Edit: I just checked it, for 'Accept payments for' I chose: Subscriptions and recurring billing. Is that OK?
If you have proof of them using your services during that time period, say records of logins or postings or traffic to their site or whatnot, offer that as proof. I'd boot them though, win or lose the dispute. That's not a client I would want to have.
paypal does not support refund on service.Even buyer protection is only if you buy something from ebay. That is kind of my experience with paypal. this is part of answer got it from paypal of my disput of my purchase which i never got access.they told me to resolve with provider "Our investigation into your claim is complete. As stated in our User Agreement, the claims process only applies to the shipment of goods. It does not apply to complaints about the attributes or quality of goods received. Therefore, we are unable to reverse this transaction or issue a refund."
So what if I have more of them that want their money back before 45 days? They used the service for a period longer than 2 days. It does not make sense for me not to be able to stop them from getting the money back. There must be some kind of protection for the provider of the service.
Well Basically if u choose services a person cant claim that you didnt deliver the goods . coz if a person claims such a thing paypal will ask you for shipping info which offcourse you wont have as its a service or digital item. So there is more chance of u winning
But if I chose service, can I choose it as a recurring monthly subscription? Also, can I delete the current button I have and replace it with a new one? Will that affect my current subscribers in any way?
yes and paypal also told me that if they will get more complain for provider they will consider to reopen case.Otherwise i need to solve with provider by my self
When I choose "Services" for the button, there is no option for recurring billing. So what I chose originally is the only option I have. Currently, I have a Premier account? Can I switch to a business account even though I do not have a registered company so that I can use the domain name of my website as the business name - it would look more professional?
the good thing: many peoples have paypal account. the bad thing: credit card/bank account/paypal have dispute / chargeback. every option in sending money have refund, even gift.
What can someone dispute if they used my service for over 2 weeks and I gave them everything I promised? I understand to dispute in the first 2 days because you do not like something. But disputing after 2 weeks and wanting money back is just plain stupid. Paypal should only allow such people to cancel the subscription, not ask for a full refund.
