Hey Guys! It's oneawesomeguy again with one of my 48 hour contests! SITE DETAILS: This is for a cosmetics website, but it will not feature a shopping cart. See this page for background on product: http://tinyurl.com/qzvq6o See attached logo for a theme idea for the design (and for the logo itself). This website is looking to target medical professionals so a clean, clinical design would be best. CONTEST DETAILS: 1. Submit entries for 48 hours from the time stamp on this post. 2. To be fair: No entries via PM and no late entries, please. 3. I will submit my thoughts on the designs throughout the contest. I will give thoughts on every single design. 4. Once 48 hours is up, I will review all entries and announce a winner. Just give me about one day. 5. Winner provides .PSD (or .XCF for GIMP users) file and fonts used. I will send $100 via PayPal and give positive iTrader if all goes smoothly. RULES: 1. You must create the designs yourself. No templates. You must not use any images you do not have the right to use. 2. Only the winner agrees to transfer me rights to that design. I will not use any of the other designs and feel free to remove them from this thread once the contest is over. 3. You are free to put in watermarks to protect your work but make the watermark say "Sample". 4. By accepting the winnings, you agree to give me full rights to your design and you agree that you will not use this design for anything else. The 48 hour deadline will be enforced as long as there are at least five entries. One person can submit as many entries as he or she wants. SUGGESTIONS: 1. For images, check out iStockPhoto or similar sites and use their free comps. Only pay for the images if you win. 2. For colour combinations, check out colourlovers.com--an awesome website! 3. Do not do revisions on every little thing I mention. Seriously. If I really want something done, I will ask you specifically. No need to waste time. I have a good imagination. 4. My bad.... I should be clear. This is for a website design not a logo. Thank you rigved123. Actually, the logo needs to stay exactly the same. EDIT: Does anyone know if I can change the title of this post?
Haha... all my old friends Anyhow, I have been on DP for years and I still don't know how to change the title of a post (if it can be done). If a mod sees this, can I change the title of this thread to "* Famous $100 48 hr PSD Only Homepage: Cosmetics *"? I think this will clarify that this is for a website design and not a logo.
The logo is too small, and when i resize it, it goes weard. Do you have a psd file or atleast a big image of it.

Thanks so far for the entries guys! About one day left... I will make all my formal comments then. So far I like what I am seeing, but want this website to seem very clinical. Also, I really like the colours in the logo so if possible use those for the design. Now to answer a couple of questions. You're welcome! Correct! Unfortunately, I do not have a PSD file. I guess the only option is to try to keep the logo small. I am not sure... :/ Yes and no... This site will have a little bit of the same content and is for the same product, but it will be an entirely new website.
