Title is misleading. You're not selling links from pages with PR, you're selling links from sites that has homepage PR. Your links will probably be at PR0 pages. Am I wrong?
By PR9 he means the main blog will have a PR9. The inner page may have PR0. That's why the service is cheap. Otherwise pages having PR will sell at a higher price. Regards

Yes... It is better to have a link in inner page of PR9 where OBL is < 5. It will boost SERP a lot.. I do comment..But approval is a matter..i do a lot of research and opt for this kinda things.. ok?
I can do anything in SEO... I do little PR comments rather than Angela stuffs..And i do research my own sites So no competition there! I do a lot..It really helps..give it a try!
