How to tell if a website offers no follow links or do follow?

This is WITHOUT FIREFOX. I read that there is an add on for firefox, but I use IE8.

    Any easy way to tell?

I have been checking the source code but was wondering if there is an easier way.

Dude! You need to get Firefox! There are so many great add-ons for SEOs! Keep IE8 too if you really need to but I'd recommend getting FF too!

    Quirk SearchStatus addon for FF:
    http://www.quirk.biz/searchstatus/

Once installed, right click the "q" and click "Highlight Nofollow Links" They will then show up with a pink colored backing on all web pages without having to do anything.

Also keep in mind that and only Google care "nofollow" tags.. Nofollow links work perfectly good with other search engines such as Yahoo and Bing.

I don't know whether it works for IE8 or not,but in Firefox i check the link by- right click>properties. If i shows Nofollow or External Nofollow then it is Nofollow otherwise Dofollow.

Don't forget that Google looks at the nature of your inbound links, and it is absolutely natural to have a mixture of "NoFollow" and "DoFollow" so I suggest that you DO NOT dismiss "NoFollow" entirely

Firefox is best in SEO.. You should make use of this browser as all the necessary SEO plugins are available in firefox.. One useful firefox plugin to determine if a link is do follow or not, use the "No Follow plugin".. It will highlight do follow links with green and no follow links would be highlighted with red.. Pretty easy.. :)
