Overall, the site has a great layout and is colorful and fun. The logo is great too. Nice design!

Why are there two 'Offline' messages under Live Support for Yahoo Messenger?

The pop up mediaclick ad when I first went to the site was annoying. But I'm not a big fan of popups.
