I already have 2 pr and at last pr update I had only around 500 links according to yahoo and now I have more than 14000 links, why do you think I'll get 1 pr?

I noticed that you have been concentrating on several keywords like

    Offshore Software Development
    Offshore Programming
    Offshore Product Development
    OTS Solutions
    Outsourced Software development company
    Rohit

Noticed that you have done a lot of article submission on articlealley too.
Overall OBL on pages that you get backlinks are not bad (100+).
It would be better if you concentrate on getting backlink on lower OBL(<50 links per page)

My guess is that you will get PR4 in next PR update.

    Good luck!

Nobody could really give you an accurate indication, except google themselves, and even that would depend on the algo' not changing. I wouldn't worry about PR, focus on SERP's
