Lots of webmasters want to raise the Page Rank fast and get traffic FREE. Actually website traffic is very important for any online business, to get traffic you have to go through few technique. First of all design your site with professional touch and search engine friendly. Submit your site to google, yahoo and dmoz. This takes around 3 months to crawl and get listed in moderate keywords. Do not use popular keywords because there is too competition for high traffic. Submit your site to lots of Small search engine and directory. Now after this you do not have to work more on search engine and directory. Now the work is on link building & How to raise your PR (Page rank)? What you have to do to raise your Page Rank-Right? You have to place your site one way link in high PR sites, like PR 6/7 sites. Most of the time PR 6/7/8 sites are not interested to exchange link with low PR sites like 1/2/3/4 sites. Because they do not have any profit from low PR site and even they do not get any clicks from that...... source: www.upvery.com
I dont really agree with "Do not use popular keywords because there is too competition for high traffic." This is not entirely true. Just look for alternatives or maybe even localize the keywords. If you run an auto repair shpw in CA, then target the city plus the keyword. But, don't settle for less because the keywords you want are highly searched and there is too much competition. Put in the time and hard work to get these highly targeted keywords and the results will pay off 10X in the end.
Page Rank and Traffic both are the part in Web Site Optimization but not relevant to each other. Page Rank is not the indicator of getting High Traffic. Page Rank is the remarks of Google on that website and Traffic is result of that website's SEO.
Actually website traffic is very important for any online business - What a surprise! This forum would clearly be lost without you to keep us on track. Some might even have forgotten why they went here. Jesus, come on! If you want to spam this forum, you could atleast do it in a clever way. And to comment on the rest of your silly post; That is probably the complete opposite of what I would do. I would go for competitive keywords and I wouldn't submit my site to small SEs and directories. And the rest is just complete BS as well.
Yeah me too. i dont agree to this cos irrespective of which keyword you use, the general ones, all are in competition. That where the challenge lies, swimming through the competition and getting business. Thats where we are spending time in building links. And there are all the possibilities that we can win it.
High page rank doesn't mean you are on 1st page 1st position, PR and search engine listing is both has difference
swear ive seen this somewhere before?.... If you are going to advise at least include things such as places to back link. Show us your work and give more examples...
It's a apples vs oranges debate, you can get good traffic if you get links, so you can dominate high competition keywords
