Hey so I've been thinking my keyword density might be a bit high but I'm hesitant to lower it incase my rankings go down.

Is it possible that my ranking could actually go up if I lower my density or is it just to avoid being penalized for keyword stuffing (I dont think ive been penalized so far)

If you havent been penalized before and you are doing fine...then why change anything? Remember the saying: "If it's not broke, then dont fix it".

Agree with you. But to answer the question, your keywords density should be between 3% and 5%. If you have more than that, just don't add any anymore. :)
