    Do you feel sleepy, when you open a book to study?


    I use to feel sleepy, when I open a book to study. If I am using PC for 24 hrs also, no problem... :D

    I think if you do not want to read the book,do what you want.

    But if you have to read book,you must prepare your mind for it.

    It's not that you know. Sometimes mind gets bored of doing excessive things. If your mentally tired and grabs a book to read, your mind will not respond properly and in turn it will start making itself dizzy. It happens most of the times. :D

    I have the same problem. Something about text makes me sleepy.
    I can only study and stay awake if I write down what I read..

    every time you open the book to start on reading, do not sit down or lay down just stand up because no one sleep in standing position i think

    It's the internet brother. Like you said you can sit on pc for 24 hours straight. That's because there's almost infinite places you can go to and you don't have to use your braign to go all these places.

    But If you want to do the same with a book, you have to use your brain.
