If you have done transliteration for Chinese characters for specific page you should try out to get backlinks from relevant pages.
The same way you do SEO. Try to get backlinks from Chinese sites to your Chinese pages while other links to your other pages.
Get chinese site backlinks to your chinese url. Get other TLD to your English site URL. Treat both differently.
You need chinese backlinks, plug chinese keyphrases and use your title tags and other traditional seo methods. This will be tough because you will need to know how they phrase their keyword phrases. I would recommend working with someone that speaks chinese.
