How does google find out that an article contains an adult material? By words or phrases used or by the whole content?

I am asking because I see some adult articles without any pornographic words used but the content is real adult... but if youa re going to scan the whole article, you cannot find any hardcore adult word... Can someone explain this thing please?

Here is an example of an adult article but no pornographic word used..

I think naked, lick, kiss, undress, gay are not considered as pornographic words.. what do you think?

I also stumbed into a site/forum before where there is an adult folder... when you open that adult folder, adsense is diabled but not in other folders.. I think google now has some improved filter.. they do not ban accounts immediately, they just put filters...

My brother has a blog and one of his articles has a word "orgasm and ejaculation". Adsense is not showing on the particular article... his account is still up but not just showing on that particular article..

I think it's all about the type of site and it's total content... Looking at the link I posted above, there are actually some "gay" advertisements from adwords...
