This is for sure, as the site is just created on 2009-08-13, it is just a 4 days old site. The valuable part of this domain is the exact match of the domain name and it is currently ranked 1st page in Google for a keyword that is having 12,100 exact monthly search volume!

Not sure if I'm missing something but being on first page for a well searched term must be generating some traffic?

 

It takes sometimes to get index in Google, it is not even indexed in Google in the past few days so it is not possible to generate traffic unless I have done something for it. It is just indexed and ranked in Google today and it is ranked at last position of 1st page. Based on my experience, even for a high searched keyword, for example "cheap car insurance" or other high searched keyword, if your site is ranked at last position, it is going to generate really less traffic from that particular keyword.
