Urgent Help With Supplemental Hell

I've spent all day trying to find why my domain is in supplemental hell, no copied content.

Then I found an article that said that if you have to much in the header/sidebar/footer, more then what is in the body of the article, that can cause a problem as most of the content is the same from page to page.

Does this seem right, I can't find anything else that would cause this problem on my site.

In my experience i feel these are the factors which cause your pages into supplemental if the content is original. Google is twice big as copyscape in the sense to find copied content.

    1. design standards as per google
    2. Internal links / No. of internal links for a page / No of internal link repeated in a page. For example : Home menu points to the homepage, if you have a menu somewhere in the footer as Home again it points to home, if you have anyother apart from both footer and header link then its not advisable.
    3. No external links for a page / Each page has to be optimized.

    where's the URL?

but as a good general onsite optimization, rule of thumb, you should really have more content than on your nav, menu, footer or sidebar.

I use the all in one seo plugin, would that not make sure all the titles, descriptions, would be different?

Is there an easy way to confirm all the pages or do you have to go through them one at a time (view source)?
