    I am needing to sell this site as I have just booked a holiday and need the money asap to pay the rest of the holiday!

    The site has 11 100% articles in the SEO and Internet Marketing niche. The site is fully indexed - As for ease for the auction assume traffic and revenue is zero.

    The domain its self, is very good and would be worth a little $$ on its own, as for the content well that would be worth $$ also!

    the domain is registered at godaddy so free push, I can also provide free hosting for a few months if you need it.

    I am wanting to start the auction of at $10 with a BIN of $100.

    I have earned £1.43 since 20th July 2009 with no promotion and traffic was 98 uniques last month and this month is 198 upto now.

    EDIT: The last two articles are not uniques... I have been scammed, that will teach me, you can check the rest as I have but there unique...

    Ohwell, that will be a dispute opening in a few minutes, thanks for pointing that out! :)

    EDIT 2: I have contacted the seller through paypal, just hope paypal get my payment back. just so no one thinks I am scamming here is where I bought the articles

    The seller can remove the articles if needed or can keep them up... the rest of the articles are uniques

    I am actually in discussion with a few people that are wanting to agree a BIN price.

    EDIT: mirturk's bid is no void due to him black mailing me with negative itrader because someone wants to buy at an agreed BIN.
