Anchor (#) Tag or New Page?

Hey guys... I have about 50 tables to list for information purposes on a site... to me, using the anchor tag and putting them all on one page is easier for now, although I know that is just an ugly way to design any page, because it may be 60 pages long but the anchor tags will keep it under control...

However the real question is, what is better for SEO, one huge page chock full of info, or make 50 separate HTML pages? Thanks!

I'd go with the 50 separate pages, and link them all together.

Actually it's not. I'm mainly looking at usability - and the chance for 50 pages of link text all pointing at each other via a breadcrumb navigation menu and section menu.
