Need Help Install GD

    i have some problem in my server

    GD not installed

    no upload photos
    Verification Code not appearing
    no avatar

    plez help what i do


    how i install GD in my server


    host support cant help me need $$$ 35 $

    What is your server information do you use Linux which distro ? and do you have access to shell so you will able to install it ?

    download the installer, cd to its directory and run.

    ./configure
    make
    make install

    if you will be using php scripts to generate image from gd, install the module.

    yum install php-gd

    If you have cpanel, just recompile PHP with the GD module checkbox checked.

    If you have cPanel installed on your server, you will have to enable GD while compiling Apache/PHP using easyapache. If you do not have any control panel, follow the standard installation steps.

    If installing and confgure GD is hard for you i can do for you.
    I can also install ImageMagick for free.

    Hi,

    You said you have your own server. What control panel you are using you are using cpanel means there is no issue just logon your c panel and find the apache updates from there you will enable the GD.
