I won't comment on your grammar Your site design is ok, clean looking, but a few changes can make it more appealing. i'm only giving my opinion, others may think differently. 1. The top banner with the stock photo of a girl does not look good in a sense that it has not been cleaned properly. You probably found the image and then erased its background, but you didn't erase it properly. I can still see the background right below the wrist next to the laptop. The laptop screen has been erased also and it looks transparent now. In other words, you should look into this. 2. Now, the blue gradient background for the side bar titles should be tweaked a little. Make it go less dark blue. It doesn't have to match with the top banner, most of the time a contrast works well or a variation in the shade. 3. Your twitter button still has a white background. Either give the container a white background or move that tweety out of there. Good luck!
i see a button-like with a home icon, is that a button? but there is no link.. if that is not a button its better to remove i think
