    I would suggest you a vps server for it. Most of hosting companies are now providing cheapest unmanaged vps severs. Some are selling them at $10/mo

    Then why not get a dedicated server? It costs you more but you will have to manage.

    you want that for $7/month? you'll either be given terribly oversold space and bandwidth or you will have terrible service (meaning lag, constant downtime, etc.) with that budget. you need to make it proportional, even $50/month would do it (expect to pay around $1-$2 per month per gb of reseller space.

    and as other's have suggested, you're better off going with a vps, the space and bandwidth there are usually guaranteed and you are less likely to get shut down.

    Go for a semi-dedicated hosting, it would be cheaper than dedicated server and also guarantee you the server resources, semi-dedicated have around 20 clients/server

    a low end VPS is a good way to go but then again you might find something on DP that will be able to help out.
