Contest $15 for The perfect Header Banner. until im impressed.

i need a very eye catching header banner. i listed a post before regarding this but the one i choosed seem not to fit very well. the one i have on my blog now is coming down soon as i find one better and that can fit. the colors should remain the same along with the animation and the teens. please try your best to make the header look similar to the one below. heres my url so you can get an idea of how long it should be. this one below does not fit so dont go from that. i dont know if it shows put the teens are animated so please keep them animated.

i just got a new one and it fits great. so im no longer looking, thanks anyway.

 

I hate to say this but that banner looks amateurish, the teens look like ghosts and the animation is horrible. Why not have designer cut the rest of the girls face off on the right, her chin missing is just weird. Also the notebook is horribly pixelated. I would do away with both images and just keep the text.

alright success89 here it is, I decided to do away with a book image due to the
fact your blogs name is Motivation DIARY it's kind of self explanatory.

O and btw I didn't do any animation, it's a header not an ad, it should load before your content.
