They both look really professional. One thing i would say that the main pages took quite a while to load. You may want to try the "less is more" approach. Otherwise, its a great job.
Maybe you should actually look at his site before giving him a useless question that can answered by simply looking at the title. Overall the sites look very well made except for the forum. Maybe you should hire a posting company to make it a bit more active? I like it over all. Good Luck on everything.

The second site (http://www.ufcstreams.net/) has a strategic ads placement, but not the first one. I feel that the homepage is too crowded.
Great websites looks really professional, but on the first site you listed the amount of items in the page seem a bit overwhelming at first and the white contrast makes it seem that way. The second site is much easier visually and not overwhelming but other than that great sites
