He doesn't even know why he was banned nor whether this is a life-time ban nor if it can be reviewed by a Google employee. Before talking with your lawyer I guess you have to know what happened to your account. :)

I requested Google reconsideration for a web site banned in the search results. It was banned for being parked by the former owner. They removed the ban within a week. If you haven't done anything wrong it has to be easy to reopen your account.

    Yeah they do that.

But how could you lose 9 months earnings with a $100 payout threshold? Sounds like you were not generating much income. And almost all affiliate programs will terminate low performing accounts.

But from what you wrote in follow up posts it does look like you were violating the TOS.

Banned from Adsense got to be very painful, especially if we depends only on it as our main source of income. Among PPC programs, Adsense is the best.

That is what i am trying to do. Its not easy when you cant speak with a real person...

I know that i am not the only one to have these experiences. The more people that klnow how bad Googles service is the better.

Yet they dont provide a reason aside from saying:
"Your account poses a risk to advertisers"

    Thats it, no further details.

I am a small adwords client, but will be withdrawing my funding.

Yeh its a new site so only generating small amount, its not so much the money, more the fact that they can just ban it with no notice or details as to why.

Since adsense is in high demand they don't care about customer service. Unless a high percentage of publishers move to another service that's the way it will always be. If google realizes that they have to fight to get you to use their service then they'll improve customer service.

Just go somewhere else, if they are going to treat you like crap then they don't deserve your business.

    I have done so already.

I wrote this thread so people who use or are considering using Adsense are aware of the fact that Google dont actually care about its publishers, and will screw you over at every chance.

You can register for Google AdSense again with a business name, just register a business/company and apply again with your company name.

I almost wonder if they banned a bunch of accounts last week. It seems like a lot of people, based on posting, were eliminated from google.

nope, problem will not be solved till he finds out what was the reason behind his ban, the big issue here is why adsense can't be specific about the reasons behind the ban...publishers can be lot more better with information in hand...agreed scammers can use it to make their scamming techniques better, but aren't they still using it to their advantage

Sorry to hear that you get banned from Adsense without any clue. It's sad but true that GG not equally treat all of publisher, so we need to back up on ourselves. by the way, what is the reason that you account banned? do they provide specific reason apart form " you are violating their TOS"?

You would think the Big G would be more publisher friendly. We make a lot of money for them everyday.
