How to change nofollow links to dofollow in WP?

I have proxy blog, www.getProxy.in,
All the links that I advertise there are "nofollow",
How I change them to "dofollow"?

But this plugin is only for comments no?
I want for my posts, all my links in my posts are "nofollow".

To my knowledge, by default, the links are follow. Do you have a plugin like this one:

edit your code manually and add rel="dofollow" to your links.

Well you can use one of pugins called Dofollow State . Check and download it! It will work for you. You may also read how to make changes from your Wordpress panel:
