I submitted my bank statement & photo ID as stated on Alertpay to verify my account & so I did. It's been more than two weeks now, my account is still not verified. I submitted a ticket & no response still since I posted it three days ago. Does Alertpay really take this long to response?
PayPal is available here & I just called AlertPay them & I was on hold for 40 minutes & finally when it was my turn the line cut off & this is the second time this happened. Are they ignoring me or wtf is going on?
u r quite amazing.. Don't wrry dude m also on alertpay, they will verify u but lil late..But one thing which u can do is "Create a post in their forums"
I had a similar problem with them. They asked me to verify my account and I sent them the same documents I sent paypal a couple months prior. They said they were photoshopped and I should contact tech support. The documents I sent were genuine and I'm sure whatever program they used to check if an image was altered glitched up, so I mailed them asking what (else) to do to confirm my identity. I never heard from them since. I think the response is more than 6 months overdue now.
I verified alertpay pretty quick but i advise you not to use them anyway, they have a bad reputation with all them credit card companies not accepting them.
The verification process alertpay usually do , is really very shaky. But eventually they finish the process but a long delay.
I guess u guys are not uploading the right proofs to verify the account..So maybe they are ignoring it :$.. just a guess
I sent requested documents 30 july but nothing yet from them. However they say need 10 days to verify account.
they verfied me in 2 days you donot know that they have an official forum where you can pm them to verify you ??
Hmm, yeah, I remember when AlertPay first started out, it took a long time, to get things running. I wouldn't really use them, you are pretty much stuck with the old friend PayPal.
