    how much Paypal Account We can create on 1 Ip Address And How Much Paypal Account We Can access On 1 Ip address ?

    There is no limit,As long as they are from different person...But each person only can have 2 paypal accounts..

    Yes, paypal do track IP addresses. You are allowed to create 2 paypal accounts per IP

    Actually there is no limit on this.
    Because if many people access the public PC using various paypal account then its impossible to ban all those people.

    There are no Ip limits. If you have an internet connection from ISP, the web ip for a large part of the connections spread over a vast area would be from a single center.

    I am sure Paypal, and most other service providers, specially where money is involved (such as adwords, yahoo search marketing, adcenter) will keep track of IP. They may use it for further investigation, if the account holder is found violating their terms & conditions.

    1 person can create 2 accounts - 1 IP can create as many accounts i think thats how it works

    There is no limit, But those account which are from the same IP would be considered as correlative accounts.

    You can create as much as account you want from single IP. But only 2 accounts per person is allowed. Paypal doesnt track any IP.

    try to login into your account using a proxy server and Paypal will limit your account ;)
