What can I do to improve my site

Second, I would work on the design. I think the design isn't what it should be.

 

1. Everything underneath the top menu ontop of the blue background looks a mess
2. The main picture looks pretty unprofessional and poorly sized/squashed
3.Also everything in the footer looks a mess

Sort them 3 things out and it wont look to bad !!

 

in the check out page, it says:
1. warning: contains unauthenticated content. not a serious issue but you may take a look at it.
2. i think you will be facing some duplicate content issue , for example:

is having the same content as:

Do you allow search engines to index both URLs?

To everyone else thank you. I have the hardest time with html, I am learning, just not fast enough.

 

Color scheme is good, layout is good but the content is not in a nice format. Try arranging the text into more formal way. Arrange the footer links. A nice banner will be a plus. Good luck buddy and you're in a right track.

 

Does anyone know of a program that will actually highlight html errors. I have found a few that say that they will correct errors, but I want something that will actually point out errors instead of fixing them. I want to learn the correct way of doing html, and most of my stuff is copy from text, and paste into html format.

The errors given by the validator are hard to understand at first, but once you understand them you'll be creating valid pages in no time.

Optimize you page frequently. You add some more title relevant to your site. Keep updated content. This things will surely help you a lot.

 

Design a better logo - use Photoshop - and see the website templatemonster.com for some inspiration and templates.

 

One suggestion from my side is that, put different and relevant meta tags with relevant keywords on every page.
