How much service charge PayPal takes.

And PayPal refund the service charge or not?

If returns than after how much time?

You can ask the buyer sendthe mony as "gift"..
But you overdo it,paypal will suspect it then they will limited your account.
You can issue a refund for up to 60 days after the original payment was sent. PayPal refunds the payment and fees, including partial fees for partial refunds.

I dont advice you to receive payment as "gift"... one eventual payment is ok but regular payments as "gift" will expose your account to limitations and suspects

As i know, personal paypal only charge when the buyer is paying by credit card. If they are paying with the paypal balance, then it suppose no any charging fee for the personal account
