    my site home has 3 penalty

    but when i give my forum link include that show very high penalty why ?

    www.friendsmania.net/forum ?

    how to remove penalty from my forum .. ?

    and any webmaster wants to link exchange with me then pm me

    i have checked from www.seopenalty.com

    main page have no penalty but forum has very high penalty shows

    Careful with forum penalty. Link Exchange is good for the penalty removers. Because you are contacting a site which are very particular from your site and you to the site you are contacting.

    How does one go on about finding penalty, though? I just checked my forum, and it has a penalty of 7. I don't believe I've done anything wrong?

    I've tried a few sites and it seems that forums are generally vulnerable to having a high penalty

    alexa rank is going upword ....... few days ago its was 31 thousand ... now after some days it is on 43 thousand .. ?

    why is it .... and still penalty is not removed
