Help Me Withdraw from PayPal

Hello

My account is limited & I have no option to send my documents to paypal, as PayPal is NOT available in my country. I verified my account through VCC. I have $40 in my account & I want to with that.

Can someone please help me how to withdraw money.

If PP supports ur country than whats the problem in sending documents to them.

You have to wait 6 months and hope that they will unlock your $40...

without real documents you cannot remove your limitations

 

send money on someona else paypal and then someone will send you money on moneybookers - if moneybookers in your country is available...

 

You can't send money to someone or anyone if your PayPal is limited !

And I think OP can't do much as he must not have used PayPal if its not supported in his country.

I have an option there to withdraw money in USA bank accounts.

 

I dont think you can withdral
Because PayPal account must match the name on your bank account.

 

Unfortunately, you can't withdraw money out if you are in limited status.
You have to wait for 180 days until your Paypal funds is back from being frozen.

 

One can easily get a USA bank account on his name.
If you need it than let me know that.

I think you have to fake information , since I think even in limited status, the address can be changed ?

Can you transfer it to payoneer account? they give you pay out on Mastercard and you can get money from Mnet, Citi bank ATM etc..

I have paypal account which is linked with my UK account. But i never used it.. So don't know about that.. but normally in pakistan people use payoneer

 

ohh right i found a solution.. you have vcc, transfer money from paypal to vcc, and then transfer it to payoneer, and use their Prepaid Mastercard to withdraw cash from pakistan..

A bit lengthy, but this way you can do it..

 

I have epassporte virtual card.

Can I get money on it?

I have tried many times to create account on payoneer. But it couldn't create. After filling form & submit. Nothing display except main page.

Any help please.

I think Paypal has discontinue epassporte.. (not sure since i never use it) since don't accept any CC which is offshore.

Well, why you can't open and Payoneer account? many people has it in pakistan.. infact mostly pakistanis use it regularly for payments.
