where can i deposit my adsense cheque ??

    hi,
    i m from india and i got my first adsense payment in the form of citi bank cheque, there is no citi bank in my cheque, i have an account in gov. punjab national bank which refuses to accept this cheque as its a private bank cheque,
    can some one suggest me any other bank, indians publishers plz reply

    Well they can't reject it!

    If there is no citibank in your city then this cheque will be treated as outstation cheque and will take 7-10 days for amount to reach your account.

    i have deposited it in HDFC BANK, when i check the status online it says invalid, i submitted it yesterday.

    It must be reflecting in ledger balance of you account. Check there .... if not call Hdfc phone banking.

    You can deposit the cheque in any bank ( try HDFC, ICICI ). I deposit my adsense cheques there.
