ezinearticles is hands down the best. Don't sumbit the same article to every directory though. Be sure to rewrite them or get someone to do it for you on (rentacoder.com or guru.com). you may add http://e-articles.info too, each article gets translated to other 16 foreign languages, the author's signature remaining intact on the original and all translated versions.
