paypal test credit card info

    I'm doing some test with paypal billing but i don't to use my own paypal since i don't wanna lose money doing test

    does anybody here can share info about test credit card info for paypal test
    i've tried their test cards in https://www.paypal.com/en_US/vhelp/paypalmanager_help/credit_card_numbers.htm but i'm getting error like "The card you entered cannot be used for this payment. Please enter a different credit or debit card number."

    Can some one help me, thanks

    There is some problem with your Bin. Paypal won't accept this card for their internal business policy. Please try another card .

    Sometimes this happens, because either paypal thinks its risky or it has a bad report. I suggest to use the paypal sandbox if you are testing stuff out on your site. Either way you can always try a new card.

    I've done payments of 0.01$ before so it can be done. I never verified this, but I think paypal takes the whole cent as a fee so the recipient gets nothing.
