I use it through gmail because IM chat clients are blocked here at work. So it works great in a pinch when you need a chat client and don't or can't have one installed.

 

I use the chat feature all day long. It's good for communication with the co-worker two cubes over or my friends that work states away.

However, the voice calling I haven't played with.

 

messenger is much better so i dont use it.

 

I don't even know anyone who uses Google Talk.. I'm pretty much a Windows Live person.

 

It's just so easy to use, right there in your gmail.

 

I use it just as in gmail - gmail talk - it is the same i think.

But in practise I prefer MSN. Respect!

 

i use it everyday (I was introduce to my 2 friends) when I want to escape from those people on msn. hehe

 

You can block single ones or groups.

 

I think I'll download it now.

I heard somewhere that it'll be compatible with aim or something, and that'll make more people use it..

or something like that.

 

no I don't want to block them all. LOL

I better just leave them and chat with someone new. hehe

 

i don't use it .. i'm using msn messenger ! it's much better

 

Well I am also using it and I am very happy I use it to chat with my friends.

I use this every to intract with some of my clients.
I like it because it is fat, Simple and professional

 

I use Skype. For chat and VOIP (using a Skype dual phone).

 

I use it, its fast, very easy to install and it doesn't display annoying ads like yahoo. Another thing which is more imp to me is...it consumes very less memory.
GTalk rocks...

 

i use it...its simple...gets my work done...
