I am new in Affiliate Marketing and CJ as WELL..because I am new so as usual i have many doubt ..it will be a great pleasure if somebody can help me by answering these questions ... So far since Last couple of months I am doing with Adsense and now making around $30 + per day ..i have a website related to PAYDAY LOANS and doing quite good with that ..highly targeted visitors through search engine and Article Marketing ...now i have decided to put CJ PAYDAY LOANS merchant Ads along with Adsense but when i tried to get approved for these merchants ..most of the top merchants declined my Application ..i do not know ..why ...i think because i am new in CJ ...and they don't accept new members as a affiliate but some of them approved my application and so here the Questions begin ... 1)My first questions does CJ is really Trustable ? 2)What is Action Referral Period given with merchant details ? 3)Which ad code is best HTML or JAVA Script 4)Once i approved by Merchant and planning to make another website o same niche ..then should i reapply for same Merchant to use it's ads code or Just add my website to CJ and use it's code ? 5) What are the best Strategies to promote a website in term of affiliate marketing ? so please let me have my answers please
1) yes they are - I have been an aff for 5 yrs now 2) cookie is set of that period - meaning the buyer can come back to that site within this period and you'll still get paid 3) i like html better 4) no need to reapply - once you are approved, you can create as many marketing strategies you like. 5) I like to do ppc - this makes sure that I can see results quickly with the merchant.
Re 1: Been with them for like 5 years as well. Never had an issue. We host some clients for free with trading some CJ adverts with them.
yeah i have heard about PPC with adwords to promote your affiliate ..well i would like to know what the minimum amount of campaign with adword i can create because i have a limited money to invest ...so what the best point to start ....
I am experiencing trouble to join some programs at CJ, Many sites declined me immidiately to join, I don't know why, I am from India, do they filter countries or I am using blogs that's why I am rejected.
Probably the filter countries issue. Best bet would drop CJ and email via their support system and ask just to make sure.
Send them a private message listing your source of traffic and website url's. Lots of fraud these days, so advertisers are a little weary of taking on new pubs.
Write the affiliate managers for the programs you want to join direct. Then tell them what you plan to do. Then apply.
