nesfiles.com(8 years old) for sale - averaged over $1k/mo last year

I've decided to sell nesfiles.com. This is the first site I started in 1998(got the domain for it in 1999), and I actually started to make money with it in 2004.

Maintenance: I do nothing. More maintenance would likely mean more performance from the site. The forums are moderated by 2 volunteers, and there's plenty more willing to moderate as well. Site currently runs on a $30/mo dedicated Linux server(Server Pronto), but should run in another account(php/mysql) without problems. I can confirm with serverpronto.com that server can be transfered to new owner if interested.

Reason for Selling: I have lost interest in the content of this site, and would like the time and money to help me concentrate on my other sites/projects.
