I know that D'uh! I'm asking, if i host my nameservers with everydns, how do i add nameservers IN everydns so that everydns points the domain to my site, only the site, so that the mx entries and stuff still work with everydns...

You're losing me again. What germane connection exists between adding name servers (which you just do by clicking the domain name and then typing your name server address in the "add record" section and choosing type NS), and with "MX entries and stuff"? They're all just different RR types.

EveryDNS does not provide mail exchanger facilities, only DNS.
