    Hi
i just started using wordtracker free tool to find the daily traffic

as i am searching for a good traffic keywords i just put gridview and searched
    it shows

"adding a radiolist column in gridview" with daily search volume as 9

i red somewhere that anything lessthan 100 will not be good for bringing in traffic.

Any experts please advise me how to find a good traffic keyword to start writing articles on that.My niche is asp.net programming and i tried asp.net.

Even though it shows only daily traffic volume as 300. i know the competition i can not stand for asp.net alone keyword.

    thanks in advance

    Hi there,

My name's Mal, and I work for Wordtracker Customer Support. Sorry for not getting to this sooner, but basically, the free keywords tool will give you an estimate of how many times Wordtracker thinks each term will be searched in the next 24 hours. Obviously, as this is an estimate (and often quite a good one), it's hard to tell with keywords with a low count. The only true measure of a keyword's effectiveness is going to be live testing, whether that's optimising a page for that keyword, or setting up a PPC campaign around that keyword (the latter should give you a reasonable idea of how much traffic uses that keyword).

For more information about the predict figure and how it's calculated, you can read at:

    freekeywords.wordtracker.com/estimate-of-daily-search-volume.html

I hope that's helpful, but if you have any more questions, please don't hesitate to contact us at support[at]wordtracker[dot]com

    Mal
