Twitter curiousity

Is there any way to find out who actually has made the highest amount of tweets?
I did google the keywords 'highest number of twits' 'highest number of tweets' "largest amount of tweets' but no results were good enough to answer my query as to who holds the record of having the highest amount of tweets?
This is just for curiosity sake. Maybe someday someone will make a leader board for highest amount of tweets made. The leader board for highest amount of followers too aint very accurate. Want to know who rank s number 1 for these two parameters.

haha all these have one thing in common... they hardly have any followers. So doing tons of tweets makes sure that they WILL unfollow you.

 

that is a spammers list , they deserve 0 followers...

Twitter is banning around and they don't ban tweet botters?

Most of those accounts are API drivin
I try to unfollow anyone who post with an API

 

They are absolutely useless and not getting the part of "connecting with your readers".

 

API driven or not the quality of the tweets is important !

 

I post with the API ... from my Linux command line!
