    Hi All,

Here's my advice: Make sure nobody is in the room with you or any other possible distractions. Also, don't say "um". :)

Be yourself, speak clearly, don't make stupid jokes.

    - Record it (digitally, if you can), and ask for permission to do that when you start.

    - Prepare your questions, don't ask just the obvious ones. Be responsive: If you ask "Mr. Brin, where do you see Google within ten years from today?" And he says "oh, we would already be in bankrupt by that time..." don't just move on to your next question. Listen, really listen.

    - Don't type too much on your keyboard during the interview. You can write notes for yourself, but think of doing it with pencil and paper, keyboards make too much noise and it's not respectful for who you're talking too - And the noise can be distracting as well.

    - I assume that you're gonna transcribe it to writing later, so in this case take the freedom to edit little things, change the order of the questions and improve the style of the questions and the answers - Just make sure you don't spoil anything when you re-write other people's words - Sometimes they choose to use very specific words and phrases, so you have to be careful.

Good luck! Don't forget to post a link to the final work when you have it :)

I Ronny, this is just to let you know, I went fine with my first interview, it wasn't any technical questions, G just wanted to find if the position is fit for you. Now I am waiting for my second round, but it takes forever. And I will keep you post it :)
