How to write a proxy script?

Hello DP members,

I wish to write a code for proxy site. I am not able to access some of the sites as they are blocked.

You would be knowing some of the proxy sites right?

Here all the proxy sites are also blocked.

Can you please let me know some references regarding how to build a proxy site.

It's pretty easy. Just install and configure something like CGIProxy or PHPProxy.

You are planning to set up a proxy site or you are planning to create a script to block all access from any user who use proxy to login?

First get a good hosting plan (that allows you to have proxy sites), I think hostgator works plus they are not that expensive. Then put a couple of adsense blocks in the phpproxy main page and upload it to your site. After you are done with that join a couple of proxy top sites (like 5 or so, but make sure you join only the ones with high traffic). If you really want to get some traffic buy a highlighted listing in proxy.org (it will cost you $20 but it will send you more than 60 daily visitors).
