$75 Corporate Logo! 3 days

I am assistant manager of Twin River Media Group, a new business in Illinois. We are looking for a logo to base our website design off of and the founder of the business told me to try and get the great designers on DP to do it. Our design team is swamped, so we will give you a try at it. What we need:

Text: Twin River Media Group
Colors: River type colors
Size: 600X600
Our website isn't done yet but make it look as professional as you can please.

We will have the founder and general manager look at each entry and they decide who wins. You are not guaranteed, but try your best please.

You have 3 days.

 

Here is my first logo proposal:

 

Nora: The logo is just too basic and needs a little more. Try doing something with the rivers and see what other professional looking fonts you can use. I will see what the others have to say about it.

Gorgon: So far, this is the style we are looking for. Maybe try a web 2.0 feel and make it look attractive if possible.


We are still open to more... just post away and maybe we will find more we like.

So far, Gorgon is the best. Any more?

ipdesign: blue and orange logo; that is the direction we're looking at. Any possibilities based off that one would be great.

If anyone can beat ipdesign, try it... so far his is the best. We're still open to more. Let this become a big contest because we may be looking for more design jobs.

Your blue and orange logo seems to be the best at the moment. Do you want to see if you can make a web 2.0 or "fun" style? Our business is a new and unique one. We are all about being different, yet professional. I will talk with Don and see what he thinks. It is hard to get him to agree on things, so lets just hope he chooses your design.



Anyone else can try and design a logo if you wish to. We still have 3 days remaining until the end of the contest.

Gorgon: Do you think you could try using the same colors that ipdesign used? blue and orange and maybe add a reflection under the name with ripples as if it was reflecting off of a river?

I am going to bed right now, but keep the logos coming. I will call Don tomorrow and let him know about the progress this contest is going at. But keep the logos coming please. He wants a huge selection to choose from.

ipdesign: I am sorry about not being clear on the type of "fun" look. We still need professional looking fonts, just add some style to it and the shadows are a little darker than we need also.

I will check back when I wake up and see what the updates and the new logos are.

For anyone else, orange and blue are the colors we need now.
