Looking for a good CPM network that I can use as a secondary network with adsdaq on a forum. I know there are a lot out there but seems most don't like forums. Thanks guys
Forum sites generally perform quite poorly in advertising networks; I doubt you will earn more by switching to other networks, although you might benefit from alternating ads from more than one ad network (Google AdSense, Yahoo Publisher network, AdBrite, Bidvertiser, etc.) The problem with forum sites is that your visitors are focused on a specific task: reading the messages, and posting messages. And your site probably has a fixed layout so the ads are in the same place all the time, so your visitors will "tune them out." (Juggling your page so that the ads are more noticeable will just annoy your visitors.) I am not aware of ANY cpm networks that can generate reasonable revenue for forum sites; Google AdSense is quite probably the best-performing placement you're going to find, although as noted above, you might benefit from rotating other ads from other sources.
The base is that you have a big traffic and then your ctr may be reasonable! And the content is also very important!
I think you and maybe a few others misunderstood me, I know how forums work and don't work I have a few. I don't want to switch to another network, I want to "add" a network in a backup position Currently I use adsdaq on one forum and it delivers about a 30-35 % fill rate bringing in around 180.00 per month, not a lot but it's just extra gravy as it's not the main source of this sites revenue. Anyway with adsdaq I can add in another CPM network when adsdaq isn't filling etc. and adsence isn't the best in my case. So just looking for a decent additional network that I can use on forums. Thanks to those of you who have made suggestions.
