Well it depends on the situation. I easily get annoyed, specially when there's traffic. But I stayed calm as much as possible and I control my temper.
Anger is normal, its how you handle it and when I am angry I walk out for a while and take a deep breath. I always do that so that I can't say anything that I will regret later.
When I'm angry I just keep quiet,trying to calm myself LOL. I forget when I'm angry I sleep earlier & eat a lot. So don't let me get mad or else my diet will suffer
Well, i don't get angry too often, when i do, i usually go on a donation rampage, just started given money out to people, but once i'm calm, i just stop.. Sometimes it usually too late, i done gave out a lot.
I just give everyone an attitude. But, later on like an 20-1hour later I forget about it or I just calm down or mom calms me down !
