I have a Question.... If a guy (buyer) opened a Pay Pal dispute that he doesn't receive the goods....If (seller) was having nil balance.....What happens..... Waiting for the answer.....Please post here.. let me know....
balance will go negative and if you have a credit card and you lose , they can try charging you card and of course hold further transactions
At times paypal will refuse to pay the buyer if seller account is negative...i am not really sure under what circumstances.
I don't think they'll automatically withdraw money from your bank account. I've had a negative balance after a direct bank deposit didn't go through and all I had to do was transfer the money to Paypal so I assume it will be the same for all negative balances.
yep correct we need to trasver money to them to cover up the negative balance if we dont have cc on our account
you will get : 1. mail warning 3 times 2. get limited 3. account will have negative balance 4. ask you to fix neg. balance ASAP 5. provide some document 6. or get limit 180 days if no response my suggestion is: provide document about transaction any screen shot your product, billing etc.
It will then make your account become negative in balance and you need to top-up it with your bank account. I really hate this thing~
First, payment will hold. If you've withdraw that balance. Your account will be negative balance. If you have delivered that item for your customer. Just simple give paypal team proof about it
