Not true, because i provided licensed images for the template. I was asking for information on my legal situation. If my laws have been violated i either CAN sue them or CANT. (That's how the law works) you sound like you did! In the situation and stage of business of my network is in it's impossible for me to control what kind of videos people upload. It's not even uploaded to my servers. It's on youtube servers, from a private person, that another private person added to my network. It's not in my control. And no one can blame me for that because i don't have the resources to control it. Anyway these youtube videos a free for noncommercial use; and that's what my members do; they use theese videos noncommercial. If this would be a copyright violation the whole internet would be criminal. And one more thing: MY questions have nothing to do with my website, the leagal situation has nothing to do with copyright violations on my website. This is something totaly different. You have been offensive on me for no reasons! That's the reason for which i have reported your post to digitalpoint. Thanks. Oh my god. What a Loser!
You haven't reported any posts so why do you say you have? If you are in the same country as the web design company then legal action is possible. If you are in different countries then it gets trickier and more expensive. Damages are incredibly hard to prove and the law firm you use are likely to want you to pay them "up front" before they even start work. You will need to be able to itemise just how you have been damaged by them claiming to have designed your site. Can you do that?
