forgot i had this site...and don't need it, so i am looking to make a quick sale....

it is a PR3 proxy site, domain is with godaddy and expires on 3/1/2010.

i don't have an adsense acct, so this site has not been monetized at all. you can easily make a few bucks a day with an adsense acct.

since i have completely neglected this site since i forgot about it, it has a mailing list with aweber that currently has 147 members confirmed opted in. i have never mailed to this list and it is your with the BIN price...just tell me how to export/transfer it out of my account to yours.

it gets all of its traffic naturally....i have not done any PPC or paid links, and it gets some decent keyword rankings (see screenshot below for more phrases):

I was about to purchase this site, i checked a cached shot of your site and it shows adbrite ads. Obviously banned from adsense trying to make money from adbrite didnt work so your selling....

i removed the adbrite ads this morning before i put the site on here....i figured most users did not want to see the adbrite ads when looking to buy a site. if you want i can put them back on...i was using the adbrite full page ad intersial or whatever it is called and the keyword link thing whatever it is called...

we all know that adbrite is not as good as a solution as adsense or YPN, so whatever revenue has been earned from adbrite is probably small to non existent and therefore i just consider it as not being monetized so far.

...like i said, i pretty much forgot i had this site and when i looked at it recently, decided i wasn't doing anything with it, i have no need for it, and figured i could sell it to someone who would be interested in doing something with it.

you should not have any issues with adsense, yahoo, or any other monetization method with this site. page 1 rankings, a mailing list, plenty of revenue opportunities for those wanting to take advantage of it...i have no need for it, so looking to get rid of it and some other sites i have sitting there...

originally, i meant to sell this site for a flat $125 with no bidding because i just want it gone...but guess i forgot to put it in the original post. with that being said, i will set the reserve at $100 and it will end within 7 days (hopefully sooner)

honestly, i am not too familiar with these stats that come from webalizer...this host does not have awstats that i am more familiar with. i would believe that the column listed as "visits" under the monthly column would give you an idea of the uniques according to webalizer....if not, hopefully someone else can chime in.

also, i just looked on https://adwords.google.com/select/KeywordToolExternal and saw that "myspace proxies" got 100,000+ searches last month....with a little SEO you could easily get it ranking in the top 2-3 spots for this term since it is already at #5

yes, i can do that...please pm me your adsense ID and campaign ID - no idea what it will get in the dead of summer, but we can check it out....as soon as school starts backup, traffic/revenue should definitely increase.

yeah , i shuold be able to help out, it is basically just uploading the files via FTP. to the best of my knowledge it is allowed, please see the reply above where i am going to place adsense on the site at the request of a potential buyer.

 

Please pm me with stats once you have displayed adsense ads on your site for a whole day then I would be very interested in purchasing the site! I dont want to use my adsense because Im also making sure adsense would be ok on the proxy!
