Last summer we had temperatures as high as 30 degrees (C i believe) in Winnipeg, Canada. This year we got temperatures of 38, and we are expected to have 9 straight days of 32 and higher. I was also on vacation in ontario and we had temperatures of 42 (52 with humedity) Not sure how much longer until the ice/snow melts in the north and floods everything.. all i know is thats its probably will start to happen in the near future.
canada is so cool, i heard temperatures go -30 degrees .. wat u mean is that temperature is turning to 30 degrees, thts the temperature in india, if snow gona melt the rivers there would grow bigger !..
Considering we have major problem with global warming the weather is really up the left and will probably get worse. No real change in Ireland though, we still get rain about 364.5 days a year.
We have -50 some days in winter (with wind) and now we are getting +52 with humedity in summer. I dont think thats good Thats like a 100 degree range.
Thats what I hated about the East Coast over there. In the Winter your hair on all over your body freezes over and the summer its too hot to breath, you cant even have the car windows down because of the humidity.
Belfast is some spot. I from about a 2hr drive from Belfast but living down in Dublin now. Nah you dont want to come back to all this rain!
Oh believe me.... it's not that different here... Coastal Weather... Dublin was a cool place, but it was more city-like to me
At least 130 people died during the heat wave last week here and California. Where I live in the San Joaquin Valley, the temperatures were averaging about 110 F, with some days being as high as 113 F.
Sorry to go off topic, where in Ireland did you live? I've travelled *most* of it and I still hate it But I think we had a few days that were in the mid-late 20's (C) this summer. Now its back to rain and the like.
i am from here, yeah. (midlands) but i don't like any of it. i had only been to one other county than my own, until last summer. i assumed i was just from one of the bad ones. but in the past year i travelled to about 23 others and learned they were just as boring after a day or two.
Sounds like you still need to do more travelling and find the place for you, thats what I am doing. Even though I love Ireland and the fact we dont get very hot summers its just not the place I want to settle in, to expensive here and plus we get tooo much rain.
