    they are running their site to sell their designs then why can't i use their stuff??
    i have purchased it and have license to use it and i don't think there should be any prob in that!

    I find it kind of hard to believe that you spent approx. $22.50 (about $1.50/credit) to buy the rights to an image for a contest you might not win. If you didn't then that is fine. You should just PM the contest holder and let them know what you did (so that they understand that they might see that design elsewhere online and that you intend to buy the rights if you win or they can buy it for you). Then, if somebody does say something, they will be grateful, but already know. Just my two cents though.

    It's incredibly easy most of the time to catch when people are using art from somewhere because the art will look really good, but everything else doesn't fit. I've been using photoshop for a long time and can tell most of the time.

    @DevilishBoy - I guess you didn't bother to look at what i wrote or the parts I emphasized. I am sorry, I will try to be clearer next time. Why would a contest holder pay you double what he'd pay at iStockPhoto, you think they want to throw away money? Think about it. That's not the point though, IndianMonk asked for an EXCLUSIVE logo. I hope you know what that means.

    @IndianMonk - Those are not unique one time buy pictures. You could buy it yourself right now if you wanted.
