According to the hadiths, the writings of islam, she was. You may wish it wasn't true, but it is. I would be ashamed too, if the prophet of my religion married a girl young enough to be playing with dolls.

I appreciate that, but there are many who suggest from history that allah was a moon god prior mohammed inventing islam.

I am not making anything up. I've cited a source and anyone here is welcome to verify not only *that* source, but look the book/numbers up for themselves. There's no reason to be in a state of denial.
