This is my first site to make some money from. How does it look? Are the colors ok? I was thinking of keeping it the way it is, but feel free to tell me if there are any things I can improve. Its the spiderweb link in the sig.
Layout is good and the color scheme is not that bad as well. Contents, banner, ads, and other images are also placed nicely. 8/10 buddy. Good job and Good luck.
I would say that you should make the dropdown navigation slightly more prominent. To be honest, that was the last thing I saw amongst the ads. 8/10 though, I'd say. I agree with all the points raised so far.

yes i did all the research myself. This is a WP theme, i don't think you can use it with blogger. In the next couple of weeks I will really start bloging and hopfing in a few months to get to 10$+ a day with adsense.
Hey Raider, Wordpress blogs do very well with google rankings if you promote correctly. I would make sure you ping your website everytime new content is added so the search engines know to go back and spider your site
Yes but be careful you are not over pinging the same pinger more than once every time because it will eventually get you blacklisted. Wordpress has pinging set to automatic and a list of pingers it pings when you publish a new post. A lot of Wordpress users don't know they have already been blaclisted by a lot of pingers because of it. I'd say turn it off and do it manually anyway.
